Hana Financial Completes $46 Million SBA Securitization

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hana Financial, Inc., one of the nation’s leading non-bank specialty commercial lenders, today announced that it’s SBA Lending unit, Hana Small Business Lending, Inc. has completed the securitization and sale of $46.1 million in non-guaranteed portions of U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.


The trust, among the largest SBA securitizations of its type, received an “A-” rating from Standard and Poor’s and is Hana’s third SBA securitization since 2012. In 2014, Hana Financial completed a similar SBA securitization of $46.2 million, and in 2012, executed an SBA securitization of $26.6 million.


The sale was handled by Guggenheim Securities, LLC, which advised Hana. The securitization was fully subscribed.
